Job Purpose:
Grow the business of agonist consult horizontally and vertically by securing sales partnerships with current clients & acquiring new sales opportunities in the market.
In addition, work closely with the social media & operation team to drive marketing concepts & ideas that help in the development of each project.
Key Accountabilities
1- Manage and grow current businesses vertically and horizontally in alignment with agonist consult mission and vision.
2- Ensure Excellence of all training, virtual & physical event management activities
3- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
4- Responsible for the whole sales process: starting from initial contact, meetings, writing and sending proposals, follow-ups, finding suitable trainers, closing and signing deals, follow up on training satisfaction, following and collecting cheques or transfers
5- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
6- Develops relations with companies and partners and related echo system members.
7- Suggest & help in developing new training programs in accordance with market needs.
8- Support the logistic & operation team in their requirements to ensure the success of all projects.
9- Helping in any other tasks that ensure successful training & Events delivery
10- Achieving targets.

A Medical/Pharmaceutical degree is a plus
